HCL Workforce Solutions are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our locum Doctors recruitment division within our Skipton office.  

HCL Workforce Solutions, a leading health and social care recruitment company are looking for  Compliance Officers to join our growing team. Our Compliance Officers will carry out compliance background checks on candidates that are either actively employed via HCL or seeking employment. The daily responsibilities would entail monitoring a daily report to track any compliance documentation that is due to expire and ensuring  timely renewal as well as ensuring compliance checks are carried out on new healthcare professionals looking to register with us. You would also be required to work closely with external organisations, candidates and internal consultants to ensure all parties involved are aware of any outstanding compliance issues.

It is essential that any applicant wishing to apply for this post has a very high level of organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and is able to communicate effectively with a number of parties. The ideal applicant will have previous compliance experience but we are also open to receiving applications from individuals with a combination of admin and customer services skills as we are also happy to train and support our employees.  Experience of supporting a sales team would also be advantageous.
