Compliance
Here at HCL, patient safety is at the heart of everything we do. As such, everyone who works with us can be confident they are receiving a fully risk-managed service with the very highest clinical governance standards.

Each division has its own compliance team that reports directly to the divisional MD. Their role is to ensure all candidates who register with HCL are compliant to our stringent standards. They oversee quality assurance through audit reviews, complaint management, setting policy and adhering to all best practice and legislative requirements.

At the helm Compliance for the whole business is our Head of Clinical Governance. It’s one of the most accountable roles in our organisation, illustrated by the expertise of the current post holder: 20 years’ nursing experience in clinical, education and leadership roles, combined with seven years in quality governance risk management roles within the health and social care recruitment sector.
