HCL Managing Director, Claire Billenness, spoke to BBC 3 Counties on 12 July 2017 about the IELTS English language testing for overseas nurses.

Detrimental numbers of nurses are being stopped from joining the NHS, in a time of chronic staff shortage, due to the unreasonably high IELTS pass rate set by the NMC.
