HCL Doctors is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a master vendor contract with The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust (TRFT) for the supply of temporary medical staff. This is the third master vendor contract that HCL Doctors has won within the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOECPC), the collaborative procurement hub consisting of 52 trusts.
The three year contract will cover the procurement of temporary staff across all TRFT sites, allowing the Trust greater control and visibility over the recruitment of its temporary staff. With the support of HCL Clarity, HCL’s managed service technology solution, HCL Doctors will supply the Trust with experienced medical locums from its extensive database, whilst managing its supply chain of approved partner agencies.
Josh Collins, managing director of HCL Doctors, comments ‘We are delighted to be working with TRFT as a master vendor and are confident we will be able to support them in reducing their costs, whilst delivering high quality patient care. Through the use of HCL Doctors as a master vendor supplier, combined with HCL Clarity’s technology, the Trust will gain clear visibility of compliance, control of cost and improved workforce planning. Having successfully implemented several master vendor solutions in the past year, we have a wealth of experience to share with TRFT, and are well placed to help the Trust to gain greater efficiency in their workforce planning.’
