HCL Nursing is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a master vendor contract with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) for the supply of temporary nursing staff.
LPT provides high quality integrated mental health, learning disability and community health services to a population of one million across Leicestershire and Rutland. The four-year contract will allow the Trust greater control and visibility over the recruitment of agency staff by covering the procurement of temporary mental health and community health nurses across all LPT sites. With the support of HCL Clarity, HCL’s managed service technology solution, HCL Nursing will supply the Trust with experienced nurses from its extensive database, whilst managing its supply chain of approved partner agencies.
Gary Chatfield, Managing Director HCL Nursing, comments ‘We are delighted to be launching a master vendor contract with LPT. With the current pressures on NHS trusts to reduce agency spend, workforce planning is a high priority for trusts across the UK. As a government-approved agency, HCL Nursing, supported by HCL Clarity’s technology, is ideally placed to help LPT to reduce its locum costs and gain clear visibility of its workforce planning and compliance.’
The master vendor solution for LPT launches on 3 August 2015.
